Returns, Defective Products & Cancellations
Eligible returns: We review returns for defective items or incorrect shipments, including sale items, limited-edition items, and made-to-order items. If a defect or missing contents is discovered after opening, we assess the request individually based on the product type and the nature of the issue.
Return request deadline: Within 14 days of the “Delivered” date shown on the shipping carrier's tracking information.
How to request a return: Use the Return Request button on our Refund Policy page and submit the request through your account. Return requests are subject to review and approval.
Photos are required: Clear photos are necessary to verify damaged or incorrect items. For damaged items, we may request photos of the outer shipping packaging and the product, including for inquiries or investigations with the shipping carrier if damage occurred during transit. Please cooperate with our photo requests. If the requested photos are not provided, we may be unable to verify the issue or provide a resolution.
Return shipping: We cover return shipping costs for approved returns due to defective items or incorrect shipments. We will provide return instructions after approval. When a return shipment is required, a refund is issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons, such as an order mistake, change of mind, or differences from the product image; items used or damaged by the customer after delivery; minor outer packaging damage that does not affect the contents; or requests outside the 14-day period. Order Cancellations
For both in-stock and pre-order items, cancellation may be requested for any reason within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been shipped. Preparation or packing does not prevent an eligible cancellation. The period is based on the system order timestamp in Japan Standard Time (JST), and eligibility is assessed when we receive your first cancellation email.
Email info@omotenashitcg.com stating that you wish to cancel, and include your order number beginning with #, purchaser's full name, registered email address, and registered phone number in your first email.
